1. Purpose
This General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) governs the terms and conditions for reservations, payments, and stays at L’Acciola.
By making a reservation, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservation
2.1 Booking Procedures
Reservations can be made:
- by phone,
- by email,
- via the Camping L’Acciola website,
- or directly on site.
2.2 Confirmation of the reservation
The reservation is not confirmeduntil:
- payment of the requested deposit,
- and receipt of the written confirmation sent by the campground.
2.3 Down Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required to confirm the reservation, unless otherwise specified by the property.
2.4 Payment of the balance
The balance for the stay must be paid:
- X days before arrival for rental accommodations,
- or upon arrival for campsites.
3. Rates
3.1 Price and Included Services
Prices include:
- the rental of the campsite or accommodation,
- access to the campground facilities (excluding optional paid services).
3.2 Taxes and Additional Fees
Prices include all taxes, excluding:
- visitor's tax,
- eco-tax,
- any application fees,
- additional services (laundry, activities, equipment rental, etc.).
4. Cancellation and Modification
4.1 Cancellation by the customer
Camping L’Acciola’s cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: the deposit is still due and is non-refundable.
- No-show: No refunds will be issued.
4.2 Cancellation by the campground
The campground may cancel a stay in the event of force majeure (extreme weather, government-imposed restrictions, safety concerns).
In such cases, a full refund will be issued, with no additional compensation.
5. Conditions of Stay
5.1 Hours
- Camping sites: Check-in after 2:00 PM – Check-out before 12:00 PM
- Rental accommodations: Check-in after 4:00 PM – Check-out before 10:00 AM
5.2 Security Deposit (for rentals)
A security deposit of XXX € is required upon arrival to cover:
- any damage,
- loss of equipment,
- The unit was not cleaned upon departure.
5.3 Animals
- Pets are allowed / not allowed (please specify).
- They must be kept on a leash and be vaccinated.
- Dogs classified as dangerous breeds are not permitted.
5.4 Rules of Procedure
The customer agrees to comply with:
- the peace and quiet of the place,
- the campground rules posted on the premises,
- health and safety regulations.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion without a refund.
6. Liability
Camping L’Acciola assumes no liability in the event of:
- loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of personal belongings,
- an accident caused by the customer or a third party,
- disruptions caused by weather conditions or external infrastructure.
Parents are solely responsible for their children.
7. Insurance
All customers must have liability insurance.
Cancellation insurance is recommended but optional.
8. Data Protection (GDPR)
The data collected is used solely for managing reservations and internal communication.
Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any legal action.
